Dr. Christian Pintado

With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, Dr Pintado is recognised for his meticulous approach to complex restorative cases and his ability to deliver naturally aesthetic results. He combines thoughtful treatment planning with cutting-edge techniques to ensure long-term oral health whilst creating bespoke smiles that reflect each patient’s unique personality.

His interdisciplinary expertise spans cosmetic-restorative dentistry, endodontics, periodontics, implantology, and orthodontics, enabling him to manage complex cases involving restoration of teeth, bone and gums. This implies that his clinical work ranges from implant restoration and periodontal management (including gum contouring and connective tissue grafts) to cosmetic solutions such as composite bonding and ceramic veneers.

He integrates advanced digital workflows into daily practice, utilising intra-oral scanning, and creating 3D-printed surgical guides, digital wax-ups, and digital smile designs to enhance precision and facilitate patient communication.

His practice philosophy centres on three core principles: minimally invasive dentistry, biomimetic restoration, and quality-focused care prioritising meticulous attention to detail over volume. Rather than extracting and replacing teeth with artificial structures, he believes in preserving and restoring natural tooth structure, imitating nature’s engineering in texture, translucency, and strength, unless extraction becomes unavoidable.

He believes that dentistry is built on genuine listening and trust. By taking time to understand each patient’s concerns and goals, he creates meaningful treatment plans that not only restore function and aesthetics, but also boost confidence and enhance quality of life.

Dr Pintado completed his Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry in 1997 from the University of Santiago de Compostela. He continued to advance his expertise, earning a Master’s degree in Endodontics and Cosmetic-Restorative Dentistry in 2013 from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos in Madrid. After 20 years of private practice in Spain, he relocated permanently to London in 2017, where he continues to practise complex cosmetic-restorative dentistry.
